During the period of time we can’t run our Child Contact Centre, we are offering a postal service. It’s a small way of helping parents who don’t live with their child to keep in touch during this difficult and uncertain time. If you want to know more or want to use the service please email email@example.com
We’re here if you want a chat, laugh, share a worry, ask advice, get things off your chest, joke, relax……
We’ve allocated times so you talk to the best person for you!

In response to the latest government advice, we are pausing all services. If you are a service user, you should receive a text from us today, if you don’t receive it, please get in touch to update your contact details.
We will do everything we can to keep in touch with all our service users, especially those who are most vulnerable. We are planning today. We will put phone numbers on here and social media with times we are available so people can stay in touch, share any worries, get advice or just have a chat! We will be phoning some service users who we know will be especially isolated and see how else we can help once we have spoken to them.
We understand that for our contact centre service users this is going to be a particularly difficult time, keep in touch and as soon as we can we will resume contact sessions.
Watch out for updates, take care and please don’t hesitate to get in touch, even if you just want a chat, we are here, even if it is over the phone and not in person! We are hoping to be on Radio Sheffield tomorrow morning (via phone call) at about 10.30am so listen in and keep in touch!
Awesome night at the Community Champions Awards night! The cathedral looked amazing! We were well and truly spoilt! We got Highly Commended in our category and send huge congratulations to Edlington Community Organisation who won the award!
Through the awards we’ve been introduced to groups and individuals whose work in the communities of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire we didn’t know about before and we look forward to finding out more about them and definitely visiting some of them.
Thanks to Radio Sheffield and South Yorkshire Community Foundation for organising the awards and recognising the inspiring work going on in the region.
We are delighted to have secured 3 years funding from Children In Need to continue and develop our Child Contact Centre! We can now offer more session and meet the needs of more children. We will be updating our contact centre page on this website very soon, watch this space!
