All Staff are safely recruited, go through a thorough induction, are trusted by us, DBS checked, qualified and experienced. They will be wearing red polo shirts with our logo on. You will recognise them straight away and if all else fails the big smiles and boxes of colourful equipment will give it away!
From the bridal party getting ready, the reception drinks, the meal and speeches, the post meal lull, Buzz will look after the children so that you enjoy the wedding!

We work with you to ensure our service fits in with your carefully planned day. We can entertain the children alongside everything you are doing (parachute games during the photo’s!) or we can use a separate room. The children attending can choose the activities they would like as part of our planning process, that way they will be looking forward to the day as much as your other guests! We cater for all ages and needs and handpick our team to match your needs.

Buzz has always been my first choice of crèche provider. I now Laura has worked really hard accommodating us as our course this time started during half term. Prices and Payment
A booking fee of £75 secures the date and covers our liaison with the venue and booking the team for your event. (Please ensure the venue have agreed to the crèche before paying.) Final payment will be due 2 weeks before the crèche. If it is less than two weeks to the crèche at the time of booking the full payment is required.
What safety procedures are put in place?
A risk assessment and health and safety check of the room and premises is carried out before the crèche begins. Equipment is safety checked and PAT tested where necessary. Each child has a key worker and children cannot leave the room unless to go to the toilet accompanied by staff who wait outside with verbal contact only. We ask all parents to complete a registration form and sign children in and out of the crèche. We work to OFSTED ratios for staff and square footage in the room.
Who will be looking after my child?
All staff will be wearing the red Buzz tops and hoodies with our logo on. Each child will have a key worker who will introduce themselves to you and your child on your arrival. All staff are DBS (CRB) checked, have been through our robust recruitment process and have safeguarding training. At least one member of the team will be a qualified first-aider.
Do I need to bring my own nappies?
Yes please! We don’t carry nappies as we would have to cater for so many sizes!
My child is on medication, can the team administer it?
We can’t administer medication and would ask the parent to be available for that.
Do you provide food and drink?
We provide water and can provide a drink and a snack at the request of the person booking.
My child has additional needs, how will you ensure their needs are met?
We’ll talk to you and ask you and your child to complete a more detailed ‘getting to know me’ form prior to the event. We’ve have years of experience working with children with additional needs and our inclusive practice ensures they get the most out of their time with us.
I want my child to be part of the wedding but to play during the boring bits, can I get them for the toast for example?
Yes! You can sign your child out of course. We want them to enjoy the wedding too. You know your child and how well they settle, so bear that in mind, if you want to take them out and bring them back.
My child has never been in a crèche and generally doesn’t settle with other people, should I use the crèche?
Yes! We totally understand and we will contact you via text if your child really doesn’t settle. No one wants your child to be unhappy, we can also send you a text to let you know when they have settled and what they are doing to reassure you.
How do you settle the children into the crèche?
We create an inviting, exciting, friendly space in the room we are in. We ask you and your child to compete a brief ‘getting to know me’ form as part of registration. Your child will have a key team member to look out for them, they will take them into the room and help them find something to do that they love!
What age range do you care for?
We can care for children aged 0-12years. We follow the following OFSTED guidelines
0-2 years: 1 member of staff to 3 children
2 years: 1 member of staff to 4 children
3 +years: 1 member of staff to 8 children

Buzz have been providing child care services for 17 years. Our After School Club is rated Outstanding with OFSTED and we adhere to those standards throughout our work.
